In July the average sale price of homes sold was $259,650. The average days on market was 136 in August compared to 82 in July. Last month, homes sold for 97.42% of their list price compared to 97.70% in July, 2016.

Hamilton County Real Estate Statistics By School District For August 2016

Indian Hill Exempted School District

In July, 7 single family homes sold in the Indian Hill School District compared to 28 in August, 2016. The average sales price of  homes sold in July was $1,150,357. In August the average sale price of homes sold was $796,343. Homes sold faster in July than August. The average days on market was 86 in July compared to 125 in August. Last month, homes sold for 94.83% of their list price compared to 89.85% in July,  2016.

In August, 35 single family homes sold in the Kings Local School District  compared to 33 in July, 2016. The average sales price of  homes sold in July was $282,068. In August the average sale price of homes sold was $305,342. Average days on market was 46 in July compared to just 31 average days on market in August. Last month, homes sold for 98.43% of their list price compared to 97.61 in July, 2016.
