Butler County

In April, 398 homes sold in Butler County compared to 302 in March 2016. The average sales price of  homes sold in April was $181,847. In March the average sale price of homes sold was $185,236. Average days on market was 45 in April compared to 58 average days on market in March. Last month, homes sold for 97.47% of their list price compared to 97.81% in March 2016.

302 Butler County homes sold in March 2016 compared to 252 in February 2016. The average sales price of March homes sold was $185,236. In February the average sale price of homes sold was $161,355. Average days on market was 58 in March compared to 51 average days on market in February. Last month, homes sold for 97.81% of their list price compared to 96.60% in February 2016.
